المؤتمر الـ 20 لأمراض الكلية وارتفاع ضغط الدم يبدأ أعماله بدمشق

أقامت الرابطة السورية لطب الكلية وارتفاع الضغط الشرياني مؤتمرها العلمي السنوي العشرين، بالتعاون مع نقابة أطباء سورية في فندق غولدن مزة بدمشق.
البرنامج العلمي للمؤتمر الذي يشارك فيه 120 طبيباً و30 محاضراً من مختلف المحافظات ويستمر يومين يتضمن مجموعة من المحاور المتعلقة بأمراض الكلى وزرعها والتدابير المتبعة للعلاج واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في أمراض الكلى وفقر الدم بسبب نقص الحديد لدى مرضى الكلى المزمن والمنظور التاريخي والممارسة الحالية لزراعة الأعضاء في سورية وغير ذلك.
رئيس الرابطة الدكتور بشار الجندلي لفت في كلمة له إلى سعي الرابطة لتقديم كل ما هو جديد في مجال أمراض الكلية، بما يدعم مستوى الأطباء والخدمات الطبية، لافتاً إلى وجود محاضرين من لبنان والأردن لمناقشة آخر المستجدات العالمية في هذا الاختصاص مع الأطباء السوريين.
من جانبه، أعرب نقيب أطباء سورية الدكتور غسان فندي عن أمله بالخروج بتوصيات مهمة تغني الاختصاص وتطور العمل في مجال طب الكلية، منوهاً بدور المؤتمرات العلمية في إعلاء جسور التواصل بين الأطباء على المستويين المحلي والإقليمي ونشر خلاصة تجاربهم وخبراتهم ومعارفهم الطبية.
الدكتور حسان سلوم اختصاصي أمراض كلية، أشار في تصريح لـ سانا إلى أن أحد أهم أهداف المؤتمر وضع خلاصة التجارب والحالات المتميزة بين يدي الأطباء الشباب وإيجاد حالة من التبادل المعرفي بين الأعضاء، متحدثاً خلال محاضرة له عن ارتفاع هرمون الألدوستيرونية كسبب من أسباب ارتفاع الضغط الشرياني وضرورة إجراء فحوصات ومعاينات وخطوات متسلسلة للحد من هذه الحالة.
رئيس الجمعية العربية لأمراض الكلى وزراعة الكلى ورئيس الجمعية اللبنانية لأمراض الكلى وضغط الدم الدكتور روبير نجم سلط في محاضرته الضوء على أهمية استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في الطب، وفي الممارسات الطبية اليومية وكيفية بناء علاقة مباشرة بين الطبيب والمريض.
رئيس الفريق التنظيمي للمؤتمر المهندس باسل حرفوش بين أن المؤتمر يتضمن خمس جلسات طبية و25 محاضرة باختصاصات طبية متداخلة حول مرض الكلية والأوعية الدموية والجراحة العامة، إضافة إلى عرض أربع حالات سريرية تطرح لأول مرة لإغناء الأطباء المتواجدين بالمؤتمر بالمعلومات الطبية القيمة.
رافق المؤتمر معرض طبي متخصص في أمراض الكلية لتعريف الأطباء بالأدوية والمنتجات والتجهيزات الجديدة المتعلقة بهذه الأمراض.
