غادرت مطار الملك خالد الدولي بالرياض اليوم الطائرة الإغاثية السعودية الأولى متجهة إلى مطار العريش الدولي بجمهورية مصر العربية تمهيداً لنقلها إلى المتضررين داخل قطاع غزة، تحمل على متنها مساعدات إغاثية متنوعة شملت مواد إغاثية وإيوائية بوزن إجمالي يبلغ 35 طناً، وذلك ضمن الحملة الشعبية لإغاثة الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق في قطاع غزة، والتي وجه بها خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء -حفظهما الله-.

وأكد معالي المستشار بالديوان الملكي المشرف العام على المركز الدكتور عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز الربيعة في تصريح صحفي لوكالة الأنباء السعودية أن هذه المساعدات الإنسانية المقدمة لقطاع غزة تجسد ما تتصف به حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين وسمو ولي عهده الأمين - حفظهما الله - من حس إنساني نبيل وحرص كبير على مساعدة الأشقاء والأصدقاء في جميع أنحاء العالم، عملاً بما يقتضيه النهج القويم الذي دأبت عليه المملكة منذ نشأتها.

وبين معاليه أن هذا الجسر الجوي سوف يستمر خلال الأيام القادمة ويدرس المركز مدى إمكانية تسيير جسر بحري وفقًا للاحتياج وسرعة الوصول، مؤكدا الدور الإنساني الذي تضطلع به المملكة في مد يد العون للدول الشقيقة والصديقة خلال مختلف الأزمات والمحن، وتجسد عمق العلاقات الأخوية وأواصر القربى المتينة التي تربط بين المملكة وفلسطين.

ودعا معاليه المولى عز وجل أن يحفظ خادم الحرمين الشريفين وسمو ولي عهده الأمين وأن يجزيهما خير الجزاء على ما يقدمانه من دعم للدول والشعوب الشقيقة والصديقة.
