علاج جنين داخل بطن أمه في مستشفى المواساة الدمام

أثناء الفحص الدوري لسيدة حامل في مستشفى المواساة بالقطيف لاحظ الدكتور شريف هنداوي استشاري أمراض النساء والتوليد تسارع نبضات قلب الجنين فوق المعدلات الطبيعية. وعلى الفور تم تحويل المريضة لمستشفى المواساة بالدمام لفحص قلب الجنين.

استقبلت الدكتورة نيفين ممدوح استشاري أمراض قلب الأطفال السيدة الحامل وقامت بفحص قلب الجنين بالموجات فوق الصوتية التي بينَّت وجود تسارع أذيني بسرعة 260 نبضة بالدقيقة، مع تضخم بالقلب، وضعف بوظائف البطينين، وارتجاع بالصمامات.

وعلى الفور تم تشكيل فريق طبي تكون من الدكتور شريف هنداوي، والدكتورة نيفين ممدوح، والدكتور محمد ماهر استشاري أمراض النساء والتوليد في الدمام، وبعد بحث الحالة طبيًا تم تنويم السيدة وبدأ علاج قلب الجنين. وبعد 3 أيام تحسنت وظائف قلب الجنين، وعاد النبض لطبيعته. وبعد المشاورة مع استشاري النساء والتوليد، واستشاري حديثي الولادة، تم اتخاذ قرار الولادة القيصرية.

وبحمد الله، تمت ولادة الطفل بصحة جيدة، وأجرت الدكتورة نيفين الفحوصات القلبية التي أكدت تعافي عضلة القلب، ليتم بعدها استكمال علاج الطفل من اضطراب ضربات القلب.
وتُظهر هذه الحالة أهمية التشخيص المبكر لأمراض القلب في الأجنة وأهمية تضافر جهود التخصصات المعنية المختلفة لتحقيق نسب شفاء عالية.
