“الدبيبة” يبحث عودة عمل سفارة المملكة المتحدة مع السفير الجديد

استقبل رئيس الحكومة المنتهية عبد الحميد الدبيبة سفير المملكة المتحدة لدى ليبيا مارتن لونغدن، بعد تسميته سفيراً جديدا لبلاده.
وأعرب مارتن عن دعم بلاده للجهود المحلية والدولية لاستقرار ليبيا وإجراء الانتخابات وفق قوانين عادلة ومتفق عليها، وخطة المبعوث الأممي عبدالله باتيلي بشأن الملف الليبي في كافة جوانبه.وأكد الدبيبة، خلال اللقاء، موقف بلاده شعبا وحكومة ممّا يحدث في غزة ودعمهم للشعب الفلسطيني في مطالبه العادلة، مشددًا على ضرورة تكاتف الجهود الدولية في دعم ليبيا لإجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية والبرلمانية وفق دستور دائم للبلاد.
كما ناقش اللقاء عودة السفارة الإنجليزية للعمل من طرابلس بشكل كامل، بعد عودتها الجزئية، وزيادة تسهيل إجراءات التأشيرات للمواطنين وتفعيل التعاون الاقتصادي والفني بين البلدين.
