النيابة العامة: إيقاف (5) مواطنين قاموا بتشكيل عصابة إجرامية للسرقة/عاجل

أنهت نيابة الأموال إجراءات التحقيق مع عصابة إجرامية منظمة مكونة من (5) مواطنين يمتهنون السرقات.
وأسفرت إجراءات التحقيق عن قيام المتهمين بالدخول إلى عدة مشاريع إنشائية، وقطع كيابل الكهرباء وسرقتها، وسرقة معدات صناعية، وإعداد أماكن خارج البنيان لتخزين المسروقات.
وتم إيقافهم وإحالتهم إلى المحكمة المختصة، وصدر بحقهم أحكام متفاوتة بالسجن تصل بعضها إلى (25) سنة.

وتؤكد النيابة العامة أنها لن تتوانى في اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية وتحريك الدعاوى الجزائية العامة بحق كل من يقدم على الاعتداء على الممتلكات العامة والخاصة.
