اختتم معرض "ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري" فعالياته للعام الحالي 2023م، بمشاركة واسعة لنخبة شركات التطوير العقاري، ومختلف الجهات التمويلية والمصرفية، إضافة إلى الهيئات والجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة، التي استعرضت أحدث ابتكاراتها ومشاريعها العقارية السكنية وسط إقبالٍ كبيرٍ من زوار المعرض الباحثين عن فرص تملك الوحدات السكنية، الذين تجاوز عددهم 25 ألف زائر خلال أيام المعرض التي أقيمت في مركز معارض الظهران الدولية (الظهران إكسبو) في الفترة من 31 أكتوبر حتى 3 نوفمبر 2023م.
وشهد المعرض إبرام 48 اتفاقية بين الجهات ذات العلاقة، وسط عروض حصرية، وخصومات مُذهلة، ونسب تمويل استثنائية، لاقت رضا الزوار والمهتمين في تملك المسكن. ليؤكد المعرض قوته ومدى تأثيره الكبير، وقدرته على زيادة المعروض العقاري، وجدارته في الحصول على ثقة الشركات والزوار، التي اكتسبها على مدى سنواتٍ طويلةٍ من خلال نسخه الثلاثة في (الشرقية- الرياض- جدة)؛ تبنى خلالها نهجًا يعتمد على النمو والابتكار في كل عام لخدمة القطاع العقاري، مع توفيره حلولاً إسكانية وتمويلية فريدة تلائم مختلف شرائح المُجتمع، مما يُساهم في رفع نسبة تملك الأسر السعودية للمسكن إلى 70% بحلول عام 2030 تحقيقًا لرؤية المملكة.

وتميَّز المعرض بتنظيمه الاحترافي من قِبَل "غرفة الشرقية" بالتعاون مع شركة "رامتان" للمعارض والمؤتمرات، اللذان أبدعا في إطلاق نسخة مُطورة من المعرض حظيت بإعجاب العارضين والزوار على حدٍ سواء، وسط تألق الشركات العارضة في تصاميم أجنحتها بأساليب إبداعية مُبتكرة اعتمدت التقنيات الحديثة في عرض مشاريعها السكنية، التي عكست من خلالها جودة الخدمات العقارية التي تقدمها.
وكان معالي نائب وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان المهندس عبد الله بن محمد البدير، قد افتتح فعاليات "معرض ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري 2023"، الذي أقيم تحت رعاية أمير المنطقة الشرقية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، وذلك بحضور وكيل أمارة المنطقة الشرقية الدكتور خالد بن محمد البتال، ورئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة الشرقية بدر بن سليمان الرزيزاء، وحشدٌ من الزوار والإعلاميين والمهتمين بالشأن العقاري في الشرقية والمملكة.
وفي ختام المعرض تم الإعلان عن موعد النسخة القادمة التي ستُقام في عاصمة المملكة الرياض بتاريخ 18 فبراير 2024م.

في ظل الإقبال الجماهيري الكبير والنجاح الذي حققته مبادرة «بازاري» لإحياء الصناعات التراثية واليدوية، قرر القائمون على المبادرة تمديد فعاليات المعرض ليوم إضافي، بمدينة قنا الجديدة، في خطوة تهدف إلى تنشيط المدينة الجديدة وجذب الزوار إليها، وفتح آفاق تسويقية جديدة أمام أصحاب الحرف والمشروعات الصغيرة.
وشهدت الفعاليات في يومها الإضافي أجواء احتفالية مميزة، تخللها سحب وجوائز للزوار، وسط إقبال واسع من الأهالي والأسر القنائية الذين حرصوا على زيارة المعرض والاستمتاع بالمنتجات المحلية الأصيلة.
كما تم تخصيص وسائل انتقال مجانية لنقل الزوار والعارضين إلى موقع الفعالية بمدينة قنا الجديدة، في إطار الحرص على تسهيل المشاركة وتوسيع قاعدة الحضور.
وأكدت أنوار مطاوع، منسق مبادرة «بازاري»، أن التمديد جاء استجابة للإقبال الكبير الذي شهده المعرض خلال أيامه الماضية، مشيرة إلى أن إقامة اليوم الإضافي في مدينة قنا الجديدة يهدف إلى دعم الحركة التجارية وتنشيط الحياة بالمدينة، وتعريف الزائرين بما تمتلكه من إمكانيات وفرص استثمارية واعدة.
وأضافت أن المبادرة تسعى إلى أن تكون فعاليات «بازاري» نموذجا متكررا يحتضن المبدعين والحرفيين بشكل دوري في مختلف مراكز المحافظة، بما يسهم في دعم الاقتصاد المحلي والترويج للمنتج القناوي الأصيل كعلامة تراثية قادرة على المنافسة.
