الوطنية للإسكان تختتم معرض ريستاتكس الشرقية بمبيعات تجاوزت 257 مليون ريال في 4 أيام

اختتمت الوطنية للإسكان NHC مشاركتها كراعً ماسي في أهم حدث عقاري بالشرق الأوسط معرض ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري، بقيمة صفقات تجاوزت 257 مليون ريال وشهد الجناح إقبالًا كبيرًا من الزوار وكبار الشخصيات ورجال الأعمال، وذلك خلال الفترة من 31 أكتوبر وحتى 3 نوفمبر في شركة معارض الظهران الدولية (الظهران اكسبو)، برعاية من وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان، حيث جمع المهتمين بالقطاع العقاري من مطورين ومسوقين وممولين ومستثمرين والباحثين عن سكن.

وتأتي رعاية الوطنية للإسكان لكونها قائدة التطوير العقاري في المملكة، حيث أتاحت الاطلاع أحدث مشاريعها السكنية التي ساهمت بشكل كبير في تنمية المعروض العقاري بالمنطقة الشرقية واستكشاف أحدث الحلول التقنية التنظيمية للسوق العقارية التي تقدمها عبر مجموعة من الأنظمة التقنية المتطورة، إضافة إلى مشاركة شركاء الوطنية للإسكان من المطورين العقاريين في جناحها خلال المعرض

حيث قدمت الوطنية للإسكان خلال مشاركتها مجموعة من العروض الحصرية لزوار المعرض عند الحجز في مشاريعها السكنية، والتي تتنوّع ما بين عوائد مالية وضمانات إضافية، فضلًا عن تطبيق أقل هامش ربح تمويلي يصل إلى 2.59%، وذلك في سبيل تقديم العديد من التسهيلات لتسريع رحلة تملّك المواطنين للمسكن الأول، وتعزز من فرص تملكهم للمساكن بما يتوافق مع احتياجاتهم الفعلية وقدراتهم التمويلية

كما شارك مجموعة من قادة الوطنية للإسكان في جلسات حوارية مثرية، لمناقشة خطط واستراتيجيات الشركة في تعاملها مع الراغبين بتملك المساكن والفرص المتاحة في ضواحيها ومجتمعاتها، حيث سلطوا الضوء على الفرص المتنوعة في السوق العقاري والتي تخدم متطلبات الأسرة السعودية، إضافة إلى الحديث حول برامج التمويل وأحدث الحلول التقنية التي تسهّل رحلة تملك المواطنين.

الجدير بالذكر أن الوطنية للإسكان تعمل على ضخ المزيد من المشاريع السكنية ذات التطوير الشامل في المنطقة الشرقية، بمساحات تتخطى 11 مليون متر مربع وبعدد وحدات يتجاوز الــــ23 ألف وحدة سكنية في كل من ضاحية الواجهة ومجتمع قمرة ومشروع الواجهة السكني، والتي ساهمت بشكل كبير في تنمية المعروض العقاري بالمنطقة، وذلك في إطار تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%
