الوطنية للإسكان تعلن تصاميم جودة الحياة في ضاحية الواجهة وبدء أعمال التنفيد فيها

أعلنت الوطنية للإسكان NHC عن بدء تنفيذ مشروع جودة الحياة في ضاحية الواجهة أكبر المشاريع السكنية في المنطقة الشرقية، والتي تقع تحديدَا في مدينة الدمام، حيث يتضمن المشروع تنفيذ حدائق مختارة في المنطقتين الشمالية والجنوبية من الضاحية، وذلك ضمن خطط واستراتيجيات الشركة في زيادة كثافة المسطحات الخضراء داخل المشاريع السكنية.

وتمتد الحدائق المختارة على مساحة 47,800 ألف مترًا مربعًا، كما رًوعي في تصميمها بالربط بين أهم الخدمات اليومية كالمساجد والمدارس والحضانات والفلل السكنية، لتسمح بالوصول السهل والسريع عبر مسارات أمنة ومخصصة للمشاة وتكون حلقة وصل بين كافة المرافق بمناظر طبيعية تبعث الحيوية.
حيث تساهم الحدائق الجديدة في الاستدامة البيئية والاجتماعية والصحية، وذلك من خلال احتوائها على مناطق ترفيهية كملاعب الأطفال وملاعب مخصصة لكرة القدم والبادل ومسارات للجري والدراجات الهوائية، ومناطق تجارية تخدم زوار الحديقة، بالإضافة إلى تخصيص مناطق مهيأة للجلوس والاستراحة، كما تتوافر فيها المسطحات الخضراء وأنواع التشجير المختلفة والتي بدورها ستضفي جمالًا خلابًا للضاحية وتساهم في نقاء الهواء وترابط السكان و استمتاعهم بالطبيعة المحيطة والفعاليات والأنشطة المشتركة داخل الضاحية، لتقدم نموذجًا متكاملًا لجودة الحياة .
كما تولي الوطنية للإسكان اهتماماً كبيراً بتعزيز جودة الحياة في الضواحي السكنية، حيث تحتوي ضاحية الواجهة على مساحات خضراء شاسعة، بما في ذلك الحدائق والمتنزهات العائلية والمساحات المفتوحة التي تسهل الوصول إلى المرافق في أقصر وقت وأسرع الطرق لتوفير نمط حياة صحي ومستدام للمواطنين.
الجدير بالذكر أن الوطنية للإسكان تعمل على تطوير ضاحية الواجهة بمساحة إجمالية تتخطى 9 ملايين متر مربع، موفرة أكثر من 20 ألف وحدة سكنية تتسع لأكثر من 100 ألف نسمة، وذلك في إطار عملها على استحداث ضواحي ومجتمعات سكنية ذات التطوير الشامل لتعزز من جودة الحياة وتساهم في زيادة المعروض العقاري بالمنطقة الشرقية بخيارات سكنية متنوعة، والذي يأتي من منطلق حرصها على تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030، برفع نسبة التملك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%.
