الوطنية للإسكان تعلن البدء بالأعمال الإنشائية في مجتمع "قمرة"

أعلنت الوطنية للإسكان NHC عن بدء الأعمال التطويرية للبنية الفوقية في مجتمع "قَمرة" أحد المشاريع التي أطلقتها الوطنية للإسكان مؤخرًا في المنطقة الشرقية، ويأتي ذلك تحقيقًا لخطط واستراتيجيات الشركة في تسريع وتيرة الإنجاز في مشاريعها وتوفير مجتمعات سكنية توفر خيارات عصرية تليق بتطلعات الأسرة السعودية في وقتٍ قياسي.
حيث تجاوزت حجوزات مجتمع قمرة 30 % على الوحدات السكنية، التي يضمها المجتمع، ومن ضمنها مشروع مد قمرة ومشروع نساج تاون ومشروع سرايا البحر، حيث تجاوزت عدد الوحدات المباعة في المشاريع إلى 536 وحدة سكنية، بالإضافة إلى توافر 781 وحدة سكنية مُتاحة للحجز بتصاميم معمارية معاصرة تتميز بأعلى معايير جودة البناء
كما أعلنت الوطنية للإسكان بأنه يمكن الاطلاع على المزيد من الخيارات والعروض الحصرية، وذلك من خلال زيارة جناح الشركة في معرض ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري، والتعرف على أبرز مشاريع الوطنية للإسكان في المنطقة الشرقية والخطط المستقبلية لزيادة المعروض العقاري، بالإضافة إلى استكشاف أحدث الحلول التقنية التنظيمية للسوق العقارية التي تقدمها عبر مجموعة من الأنظمة التقنية المتطورة.
الجدير بالذكر تعمل الوطنية للإسكان على تطوير مجتمع "قَمرة" والذي يمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 1,4 مليون م2، مقدمًا حلولًا سكنية متنوعة، حيث يتضمن مجتمع قَمرة العديد من المرافق التجارية والاستثمارية والتعليمية والحدائق العامة والمسطحات الخضراء التي تتجاوز مساحتها أكثر من 100 ألف م2، بالإضافة إلى تكاملية الخدمات مثل المسارات الآمنة، فضلًا عن تنوع تصاميم الوحدات السكنية وفق أسلوب عصري يواكب تطلعات الأسرة السعودية ويلبي احتياجاتهم، ضمن مجتمع حيوي يقدم أعلى معايير جودة الحياة.
