استرداد نقدي قيمته 50 ألف ريال في مشروع "دارة قمره"

أعلنت الوطنية للإسكان NHC بالشراكة مع شركة أجدان للتطوير العقاري عن استرداد نقدي قيمته 50 ألف ريال على الوحدات السكنية في مجتمع دارة قمره ضمن مجتمع قمره في صفوى بالقطيف، حيث يأتي ذلك على هامش مشاركة الوطنية للإسكان كراعٍ ماسي لمعرض "ريستاتكس" الشرقية العقاري
ويُوفّر مشروع دارة قمره وحدات سكنية بمساحات تتراوح ما بين 336- 246 بتصاميم معمارية معاصرة تتميز بجودة البناء وتحقق الراحة والرفاهية، ضمن مجتمعات سكنية حيوية تقدم أعلى معايير جودة الحياة وتسهم في أنسنة المدن ببيئتها الحيوية وطابعها العصري المتفرد.

كما يعد مجتمع "قَمرة" أحد المشاريع التي أطلقتها الوطنية للإسكان مؤخرًا في المنطقة الشرقية والذي يمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 1,4 مليون م2، ويقدم حلولًا سكنية متنوعة داخل مجتمع سكني متكامل الخدمات والمرافق، حيث يتضمن مجتمع قَمرة العديد من المرافق التجارية والاستثمارية والتعليمية والحدائق العامة والمسطحات الخضراء التي تتجاوز مساحتها أكثر من 100 ألف م2.
