أعلنت الوطنية للإسكان بالشراكة مع شركة دار واعمار عن تقديم عروضًا خاصة على مشروع سرايا البحر أحد مشاريع مجتمع قمرة بمحافظة القطيف، وذلك لزوار معرض ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري، حيث انطلق المعرض اليوم وسيستمر إلى 3 نوفمبر في شركة معارض الظهران الدولية (الظهران اكسبو).
ويتضمن العرض على تقديم عائد مالي بقيمة 30 ألف ريال عند الشراء في سرايا البحر مع تطبيق أقل هامش ربح تمويلي يصل إلى 2.
حيث يتميز المشروع بوفرة المسطحات الخضراء وتكاملية المرافق والخدمات مع المسارات الآمنة، فضلًا عن تنوع تصاميم الوحدات السكنية وفق أسلوب عصري يواكب تطلعات الأسرة السعودية ويلبي احتياجاتهم، ضمن مجتمع حيوي يقدم أعلى معايير جودة الحياة.

من جانبه، أوضح مدير المعهد الصناعي الثانوي بالدمام والمشرف على البرنامج المهندس إسماعيل بن عباس المطاوعة، أن “بيدي” يعد من المبادرات الرائدة في مجال التدريب المهني للفتيات، حيث يشمل تأهيلهن في تخصصات مطلوبة في سوق العمل، وذلك بإشراف مدربين متخصصين وفي بيئة تدريبية متكاملة.
