بيوت تلال في واجهة الدمام, مجتمع متكامل بأعلى معايير جودة الحياة

أعلنت تلال عن مشاركتها كراعٍ ماسي في معرض ريستاتكس الشرقية 2023، الذي سيقام في معارض الظهران الدولية من تاريخ 31 أكتوبر حتى 3 نوفمبر.

وتأتي مشاركة تلال في "ريستاتكس"؛لاستعراض مشاريعها السكنية التي تتواكب مع رؤية السعودية 2030.

تلال تمثل أكبر تحالف عقاري في المملكة والذي يضم مجموعة العثمان ومجموعة التميمي ومجموعة قباني. وفي سعي تلال لدعم منظومة السكن في المملكة العربية السعودية دشّن معالي م. عبدالله البدير نائب وزير الاسكان مشروع تلال الأحدث خلال افتتاح معرض ريستاتكس العقاري "بيوت تلال في واجهة الدمام". لينضم المشروع إلى مجموعة مشاريع تلال المنتشرة في مدن مختلفة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، تعكس مشاريع تلال التزامها الثابت بتوفير السكن المستدام لحياة رغيدة لمستفيدي برنامج سكني والباحثين عن مسكنهم الأول.

ودعماً لهذا التوجه وقعت تلال عدد من الاتفاقيات التي تدعم تجربة العميل وتسهّل آلية تملّك المواطنين لمسكنهم الأول ممثلة برئيسها التنفيذي عبدالرحمن البسام. وقد علّق البسام بأن المشاركة في ريستاتكس تُعتبر خطوة لعرض التوجه الجديد الذي تتبناه تلال، وأضاف بشكره لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية ومعالي وزير الإسكان والشؤون البلدية والقروية لرعايتهم هذا المعرض ومباركة سمو الأمير لمشروع تلال الأحدث في الدمام، والذي يوفّر أكثر من 1200 شقة بمساحات واسعة تبدأ من 170 متراً مربعاً وبتصاميم تزيد عن 15 نموذجاً، كما أن مشروع الدمام يتفرد عن باقي المشاريع بتصميم المساحات الخضراء التي صممت على أساس عالمي ونموذجي وتوفير جميع المرافق التجارية والخدمية والتجارية، بالإضافة إلى حدائق الأطفال النموذجية ومسارات الجري والدراجات، والتي تزيد عن طول 6 كلم.

وأتبع حديثه بنية تلال بتطوير مجمع تجاري مركزي ضخم يخدم المشروع ويخدم ضاحية واجهة الدمام كاملةً، وذلك باستخدام الموارد المتاحة لتلال من خلال التحالف الذي أنشئت على أساسه تلال والجدير بالذكر بأن تلال تعمل على تطوير عدد من المشاريع بمختلف مناطق المملكة كمشروع بيوت تلال في قمرة بمدينة صفوى ومشاريع أخرى كالنرجس والفرسان في الرياض و أبيار علي في ضاحية المكيمن بالمدينة المنورة، والذي يبعد 10 دقائق فقط عن الحرم المدني.
