انطلاق معرض "ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري 2023" أكبر حدث عقاري في المملكة

تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف أمير المنطقة الشرقية، افتتح الدكتور خالد بن محمد البتال، وكيل امارة المنطقة الشرقية، ومعالي المهندس عبدالله محمد البدير، نائب وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان، والأستاذ بدر بن سليمان الرزيزاء، رئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة الشرقية، فعاليات معرض "ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري 2023" الذي تنظمه غرفة الشرقية بالتعاون مع شركة رامتان للمعارض والمؤتمرات، خلال الفترة من 31 أكتوبر حتى 3 نوفمبر 2023م، في شركة معارض الظهران الدولية (الظهران اكسبو).

وتحظى النسخة الجديدة من معرض "ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري 2023" بمشاركة واسعة لكبرى شركات التطوير والتسويق العقاري والإسكان، ومعظم الجهات التمويلية والبنوك السعودية والهيئات والجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة، ونخبة من الشخصيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والصحفية، وكُبرى الوسائل الإعلامية، التي تُغطي فعاليات المعرض بشكل موسع انطلاقًا من أهمية القطاع العقاري الذي يُعتبر أحد أهم روافد الاقتصاد السعودي.

وبعد حفل الافتتاح، قام الدكتور البتال، والمهندس البدير والأستاذ الرزيزاء، بجولة في المعرض، تضمنت زيارة أجنحة الشركات المُشاركة، حيث اطلعوا على أحدث المشاريع العقارية في المنطقة الشرقية والمملكة، التي يتم تنفيذها بأعلى معايير الجودة، وبتصاميم معمارية فريدة تُلبي تطلعات الأسر السعودية، وتُساهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة. كما اطلعوا على العروض التمويلية المميزة التي توفرها البنوك السعودية لتمكين المواطنين السعوديين من تملك المسكن بكل يُسر وسهولة، للمُساهمة برفع نسبة تملك الأسر إلى 70% بحلول عام 2030 ضمن برنامج الإسكان تحقيقًا لمستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030م.

ويهدف المعرض إلى إبراز دور القطاع العقاري المؤثر في تنوع مصادر الاستثمار كأحد أهم أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030، وتسليط الضوء على تطورات ومستجدات القطاع العقاري السعودي في المشاريع السكنية والتجارية، وما أبتكره السوق من تصاميم ومساحات ومميزات وبرامج تمويل المساكن وعمليات البيع للعملاء.
