وقد دُشّنت المرحلة الثانية من مشروع "سرايا الفرسان" خلال معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي في نوفمبر الماضي، حيث يبني "سرايا الفرسان 2" على النجاح الكبير الذي حققه المشروع السابق ويعكس الثقة العميقة التي يضعها العملاء وNHC في دار وإعمار. واليوم، تواصل المرحلة الثانية التزامها بالجودة والتميز، حيث يأتي المشروع في إطار الشراكة المستمرة لدار وإعمار مع NHC، والتي لعبت دوراً مهماً في الارتقاء لطموحات العملاء العالية، وتلبية المتطلبات الكبيرة لسوق العقارات السعودية.

"سرايا الفرسان 2" هو أحدث المشاريع التي تقوم "دار وإعمار" بتطويرها حالياً، ويتميز بموقع استراتيجي يبعد 10 كم فقط عن مطار الملك خالد الدولي، و30 كم عن شارع الرياض ومركز الملك عبد الله المالي، وسيسهم بشكلٍ كبيرٍ في رفع جودة الحياة في شمال شرق العاصمة، من خلال المنازل التي تتناسب مع مختلف احتياجات وتطلعات المواطنين والمقيمين في المملكة. ويوفر المشروع أسعاراً تنافسية مع تسهيلات متنوعة في الدفع، مما ييسّر على العملاء امتلاك وحداته السكنية. إذ يمكن سداد قيمة الوحدة على مدار ثلاث سنوات ونصف في سبع أقساط مرنة، الأمر الذي يجعله خيارًا فريدًا للراغبين في امتلاك مسكن.
