نجاح سلسلة عمليات تبديل مفصل الركبة بالروبوت الجراحي في مستشفى المواساة بالخبر

شهد مستشفى المواساة بالخبر إجراء سلسة عمليات تبديل مفصل الركبة باستخدام الروبوت لمجموعة من المرضى في العقد الخامس والسادس من العُمر كانوا يعانون من خشونة متقدمة في الركبة وتآكل في الغضروف، نتج عنها الكثير من الآلام المزمنة المقاومة للعلاجات التحفظية رافقتها محدودية نطاق الحركة مع صعوبة المشي وصعود الدرج وغيرها من الأنشطة اليومية، إضافة إلى تقوس بالساق.

حضر المرضى للمتابعة في عيادة الدكتور ربيع ضناوي، استشاري جراحة العظام والمفاصل، الذي قام بتقييم الحالات سريريًا، مع إجراء الصور السينية التي بينَّت وجود خشونة من الدرجة الرابعة.

وبعد تحضيرالمرضى طبيًا لهذا النوع من العمليات، خضعوا لعملية متقدمة، باستخدام تقنية الروبوت الجراحي، حيث تم تزويد النظام بالمعلومات الخاصة بكل مريض، إضافة إلى قياسات بنية مفصل الركبة، وتفاصيل مفصل الركبة الصناعي المراد زراعته، مما يمنح الحالة في النهاية نتائج تعافٍ مُرضية وعالية الدقة بما يتناسب مع بنية الركبة والأنسجة المحيطة بها.

أجريت العمليات تحت التخدير النصفي دون الحاجة إلى التخدير الكامل، وتكللت العمليات ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، وتمكن المرضى من المشي في نفس يوم العملية، وغادروا المستشفى بعد ثلاث أيام من إجراء العملية وهم بحالة صحية جيدة.

ويعد الروبوت أحدث تقنية أنتجتها التكنولوجيا الطبية في مجال استبدال مفاصل الركبة ويتيح رؤية موضع الجراحة بشكل أفضل، وإجراء عمليات صعبة بدقة متناهية في نحت العظام ما يمكّن من تصحيح الاعوجاج وتحديد المقاسات والوضعية المناسبة للمفاصل الاصطناعية، كما يوفر تحكمًا أفضل أثناء العملية، ويؤدي إلى اختصار المدة الزمنية للعملية، والحد من الآلام بعد العملية وإزالة أسبابه المزمنة، وتخفيض خسارة الدم أثناء العملية، إضافة إلى تقليص مدة إقامة المريض في المستشفى. ويُساعد استخدام تقنية الروبوت في إطالة العمر الافتراضي للمفاصل.

ويؤكد الدكتور ربيع ضناوي، أن استعمال الروبوت لا يقتصر على التبديل الكلي للمفصل، بل يُمكن استعماله أيضًا في التبديل الجزئي لمفصل الركبة، والكلي لمفصل الورك.
