"تزايد للتطوير العقاري" راعيًا بلاتينيًّا لِمعرض "ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري"

أعلنت شركة "تزايد للتطوير العقاري" عن مُشاركتها ورعايتها البلاتينية لِلمعرض العقاري الأكبر على مستوى المملكة "ريستاتكس الشرقية 2023" الذي سيُقام تحت رعاية كريمة من صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، وبدعم ومشاركة من وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان، والهيئة العامة للعقار، وغرفة الشرقية، وذلك في مركز معارض الظهران الدولية للمؤتمرات والمعارض، خلال الفترة من 31 أكتوبر المُقبل إلى 3 نوفمبر 2023م.
وتهدف مشاركة "تزايد للتطوير العقاري" في المعرض، إلى تدشين أحدث مشاريعها العقارية - السكنية والتجارية والترفيهية - التي تحمل علامتها التجارية الفاخرة " حياة "، إضافة إلى استعراض رؤيتها في إثراء حياة الأسرة السعودية، وتطوير وجهات حضرية مميزة بصرياً وعمرانياً، ينشط فيها المجتمع، وتبدع فيها الأجيال، ويزدهر منها الاقتصاد.
من جانبه أكد أنس الضويان الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "تزايد" للتطوير العقاري"؛ إلى أن الشركة توحِّد جهودها لِمواكبة رؤية المملكة 2030 في النهوض بِالقطاع العقاري إلى آفاقٍ رحبةٍ ومزدهرة، عبر تخطيط مشاريع تُراعي نمط الحياة المحلي، وترتقي لِما يتطلع إليه المجتمع من ابتكاراتٍ وتطور؛ حيث تستند شركة "تزايد للتطوير العقاري" في مشاريعها على الإرث الراسخ لِتاريخ "مجموعة علي الضويان القابضة"، الممتد لِخمسة عقود من الزمن؛ إذ استمدت الشركة، من خِبرة المجموعة، ثوابت وإمكانيات دفعتها إلى الإسهام في تطوير عددٍ من الوجهات الحضرية الرئيسية حول المملكة.
الجدير ذكره أن معرض ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري 2023، يُسلِّط الضوء على تطورات ومستجدات القطاع العقاري المحلي، بِما فيها المشاريع السكنية والتجارية؛ إذ يُعـدُّ المعرض أحد أبرز الأحداث العقارية المُرتقبة سنويًّا في المملكة؛ لِما يتميَّز بِه من تغطيةٍ إعلاميةٍ مميَّزة، ومشاركةٍ واسعةٍ لِكبرى شركات التطوير العقاري والإسكاني والتمويلي، ومختلف الشركات المعنية بشؤون الإسكان والعقار والتمويل في القطاعَين الحكومي والخاص. ويسعى المعرض لإبراز دور القطاع العقاري المؤثر في تنويع مصادر الدخل كأحد أهم أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030.
