وزارة المواصلات والاتصالات تجتمع مع لجنة النقل بغرفة تجارة وصناعة البحرين لتطوير أوجه التعاون المشترك في مجال النقل البري

أكد المهندس حسين علي يعقوب الوكيل المساعد للنقل البري على أن القطاع الخاص شريكٌ أساسي في تطوير ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة في قطاع المواصلات وتحسين جودتها، مشيرًا إلى الدور الذي تقوم به لجنة النقل والخدمات اللوجيستية بغرفة تجارة وصناعة البحرين في دعم مختلف الخطط التطويرية لوزارة المواصلات والاتصالات في مجال النقل البري.
جاء ذلك خلال الاجتماع الذي عقدته وزارة المواصلات والاتصالات مع لجنة النقل والخدمات اللوجيستية بغرفة تجارة وصناعة البحرين بمقر الوزارة، بحضور المهندسة شمس راشد خلفان مدير إدارة الرقابة والتفتيش، والسيدة دعاء جاسم محسن مدير إدارة تنظيم النقل البري.
من جانبه، أكد السيد جاسم الموسوي رئيس لجنة النقل والخدمات اللوجيستية بالغرفة على ضرورة مواصلة التنسيق والتعاون بين القطاع العام والخاص في مجال النقل البري، والعمل على مواصلة توفير بيئة عمل ميسرة ومشجعة للاستثمار في هذا المجال بما تتطلبه حاجة السوق من خدمات نقل مشترك وبجودة عالية تسهم في تطوير مستوى الخدمات المقدمة في مملكة البحرين. هذا وقد تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة نظام النقل البري الموحد لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ولائحته التنفيذية الذي سيدخل حيز التنفيذ مطلع العام القادم، وسيتم تطبيقه بشكل كامل في مملكة البحرين.
وعلى صعيد متصل، تم استعراض مستجدات حملة تصحيح أوضاع الشركات والمؤسسات العاملة في قطاع النقل البري والتي تمتد حتى تاريخ 1 فبراير 2024، حيث أفاد الوكيل المساعد للنقل البري بأن الوزارة تعمل بشكل دائم على دعم المرخص لهم وضمان حقوقهم ومنحهم فرصة كافية لتصحيح الأوضاع وذلك لضمان سلامة المستخدمين واستدامة أنشطة النقل البري ورفع جودة وكفاءة خدمات النقل المقدمة في مملكة البحرين، مشيرًا إلى أن الوزارة قد قامت بدعوة الشركات والمؤسسات المخالفة لتصحيح أوضاعها بحسب الاشتراطات القانونية الخاصة بكل ترخيص من خلال التواصل مع إدارة رقابة وتفتيش النقل البري للحصول على التوجيه المطلوب لإزالة جميع المخالفات قبل الموعد المحدد تفاديًا للتعرض لأية إجراءات قانونية.
الجدير بالذكر أن الوزارة تعقد اجتماعها مع لجنة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية بغرفة تجارة وصناعة البحرين بشكل دوري للوقوف على أوجه التعاون والتطوير للارتقاء بقطاع المواصلات في مملكة البحرين وتذليل التحديات التي قد تواجه الشركات العاملة في أنشطة النقل البري.
